Lauren Nosal is the owner of Cloud 9 Massage & Wellness, driven by a deep passion for helping others slow down, reset, and feel better in their bodies and their lives. After years in a fast-paced corporate career, Lauren saw firsthand how chronic stress quietly impacts health, relationships, and overall well-being — and she knew she wanted to be part of the solution.
As a mom of six, Lauren understands stress on a very real, everyday level. Between schedules, carpools, sports, homework, and the general beautiful chaos of family life, she’s learned just how essential intentional self-care is — not as a luxury, but as a necessity.
At Cloud 9, Lauren is committed to making high-quality, customized massage more accessible, consistent, and impactful. She believes massage therapy plays a vital role in managing stress, supporting recovery, and helping people show up as their best selves.
